Cwmcarn Forest Glamping & Campsite

About

For tranquil overnight stays, Cwmcarn Forest is close enough to retreat to yet feels like a million miles away. The site comprises of a campsite, glamping pods and lodges along with visitor centre, adventure playground, walking trails, mountain bike trails and lake with picnic area.

Nestled in the forest floor are ten glamping pods, our furnished pods have a contemporary décor and comfortable double beds along with a mini fridge, kettle, refreshment tray, electricity and heater. Pods sleep 2 adults and 2 children with an additional small charge per set of bunk beds per night, if required.
Non furnished pods are available for 2-4 people, where you can bring your own camping gear and do your own thing, you can also bring your dog too as we have two pet friendly pods! You’ll still be cosy and warm with the provided heater and electricity.

Cwmcarn’s four grass pitches are level, landscaped and well maintained throughout the year and are available for tent sizes up to six man (please call to confirm). There are an additional three hardstanding pitches suitable for caravans and motorhomes.Use of the 4 star Visit Wales graded shower and toilet facilities along with laundry, kitchen and chemical waste disposal are all included and just a stone’s throw from tent pitches. Electric hook up is available.

Gear up or wind down, the choice is yours; choose from adrenaline fuelled mountain bike trails and water activities or enjoy a stroll around one of the many walking trails and grab a cuppa at Raven’s Café.

Situated just a 15 minute drive from J28 of the M4.
