Awards for Hilton Cardiff

Visit Wales Listed Accommodation
In late 2010, Visit Wales introduced a new listed quality assurance option. Businesses that wish to be star quality graded or VAQAS assessed will still be able to do so. In order to be listed, a business will need to comply with a Code of Conduct and confirm the availability and serviceable condition of essential facilities and services appropriate to the type of business. There will be no automatic inspection by Visit Wales, but random visits will take place by quality advisers. Businesses opting for listed will be able to advertise in Visit Wales and local authority guides and appear on the Visit Wales website. In addition, they will also be able to take advantage of the bed booking service at networked Tourist Information Centres.
Additional information on this classification scheme is available here.
