Stable Cottage

About

Stable Cottage is a converted stable sleeping four, close to Cardigan Bay and a few minutes drive from Mwnt beach, the jewel in the crown of this stretch of coastline. If you are lucky, you will see the resident dolphins or one of the seal colonies along the coast. As the cottage is near the market town of Cardigan, the links golf course at Gwbert and just 2 miles from Popplt sands, it makes an ideal holiday destination

Stable Cottage sleeps four in two bedrooms on the first floor. BEDROOM 1 has a double bed and BEDROOM 2 has twin beds. Both bedrooms have chests of drawers and wardrobes. Also on this floor is the BATHROOM with bath and overhead shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Downstairs is the welcoming open plan living/dining and kitchen area which has mellow stone walls, original open beams dating back to 1848 and a wooden floor with rugs. The KITCHEN area has a range of modern fully fitted units and an electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and refrigerator with freezer compartment. The dining area has a dining table and four chairs. The spacious LOUNGE area has comfortable seating arranged around the cosy electric fire set in the stone fireplace. There are various items of occasional furniture and a TV, DVD and video. Stairs lead from the lounge to the two bedrooms and bathroom.

Outside is a patio area with table and chairs and a barbeque. Just 20 yards away there is also a small enclosed garden and lawned play area, which has panoramic views. Ample off-road parking is just outside the cottage. There is full gas central heating throughout and all fuel is included except during the months of October to May when a £20 per week supplement is charged. Up to two pets are welcome charged at £15 per week per pet. Smoking is not permitted in the cottage.
