Gower View is a light and airy apartment; ideal for a couple or a solo traveller. The flat is accessed by an external staircase so would not be suitable for those with severe mobility restrictions. Gower View has a comfortable double bedroom, spacious sitting/dining room, well-equipped kitchen area as well as a compact but functional bathroom with bath and shower. The property benefits from gas central heating and instant hot water. There is an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge. The Freeview flat screen TV also has an integral DVD player and a good selection of DVDs can be borrowed from the main house. There are gardens surrounding the property with plenty of places to sit and enjoy the peaceful location. There is a gas BBQ available for alfresco dining. All linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels if required. No smoking in the flat please.

There is plenty of secure off-road parking available. If travelling by public transport, the train/bus stations is in Carmarthen and there is a regular bus service from there which passes the property. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small extra charge - please be sure to bring their bedding as they are not allowed on soft furnishings or beds. Please keep dogs on leads around the property (we have dogs, cats and a tortoise!) and be sure to clear up after them. An infant may be accommodated if you bring your own cot.
