Summer Hill is situated in quiet area, with guaranteed unobstructed off-road parking for each apartment. It is just a short walk to both shores, the promenade and main shopping area. The apartments are designed to be your home from home in Llandudno, having all the amenities you would expect in 4 & 5 Star accommodation.
There is a choice of three 1-bedroom apartments or a 2-bedroom apartment, all completely self-contained and spacious (ideal for couples). The living rooms face the front of the building and have a sunny southerly aspect. Ground floor apartments
are available, both of these accept one dog.
ALL KITCHENS have full size electric cookers, washer/dryers, microwaves, fridge/freezers or refrigerators with freezer compartments, electric kettles, toasters, easy clean work surfaces, plenty of cupboards, fully equipped with quality crockery, glasses, cutlery & cooking utensils. (Camellia - has an open plan kitchen lounge dining area.)
ALL LOUNGES have colour 32" flat screen digital TV and DVD players with Freeview.

Notes
The area around Summer Hill in Llandudno is flat, with the exception of the Great Orme and Little Orme! The front door porch has a 2 inch step from outside, and a 4 inch step from the porch to the hallway. Bay Tree has its own front door with a 7 inch step over the threshold. Summer Hill has a smooth pathways at the front and side of the building and from the building to the road way. There is a gravel car park, with spacious car parking for all apartments. Two apartments Clematis and Bay Tree on the ground floor, the other 2 are on the upper floors. Access to upper floors is by standard staircases with handrails. All doorways are 2'6 wide. There are no steps within the ground floor apartments. The first floor apartments Orchid has an internal 3 step staircase it's hallway. The other apartment at SUMMER HILL Camellia is on the first and second floors. From the front door there are 3 steps up into the living room, from the living room you go into your own internal hallway with a staircase taking you up to the bathroom, toilet and single bedroom, and then a flight of 3 steps takes you to the other bedrooms.
