We are situated close to the town centre and all the amenities that Llandudno has to offer, only minutes away from the Victorian Pier, Promenade and Great Orme.

Notes
Granby House is in the centre of the town with ample parking. Front door has a 7 high step with a width at 32 There are no guest bedrooms on the ground floor Staircase with 18 steps leads to thefirst floor, two of our en-suite and single room with private bathroom, further 9 steps to the next en-suite twin room, finally 5 steps to the second fllor with a double and family suite both en-suite. While we welcome all visitors with disabilities, we feel the property is unsuitable for wheel chair users. We are totally non-smoking and unable to able to accommodate assistance dogs. Guest breakfast room is on the ground floor. Special diets can be requested. No food to be consumed in the rooms. All mobile networks can be accessed within the house, exept Orange which has limited access
