This well-equipped, 3 bedroomed, 4 star cottage provides a high standard of accommodation and comfort throughout.
The cottage is on a working farm in the Conwy Valley, 2 miles from Conwy at the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. On the farm there are sheep, cows, hens, ducks, dogs and a cat. Children are welcome to feed the animals and have a taste of farm life.
There are 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms with 1 twin bedroom and bathroom (which includes a bath and shower) at ground level. This bedroom also has a basin and TV in it and has access to the patio. Bedlinen and towels are provided. A cot and baby chair are available on request.
The open beamed comfortable lounge is equipped with a Sky box, DVD, video recorder and CD player.
The spacious kitchen is well equipped with a fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine and the cottage is gas central heated throughout.
Gas is extra by meter reading but electricity is included in rental.
There is ample parking and visitors can enjoy a private patio area with garden and gas BBQ. There is also a covered play area for young children with a wide selection of bikes, toys and games for children to enjoy.
Children are especially welcome and can join in with the feeding and caring of animals including hens, ducks, lambs, sheep and dogs. Leisure facilities are within a 3 mile radius of the farm: Llandudno - swimming. Conwy - golf, tennis, watersports and squash. Llandudno Junction - leisure facilities and gym. Rowen - fishing. Children welcome from any age.
