Notes
Disability Access Statement for Glascoed Farm Cottages. The buildings are historic. The first written conveyance (in Latin) is dated 1545 (Library of Wales). We have converted the buildings as sympathetically as possible to provide good access in general terms: but in buildings of this age it must be appreciated there is limited scope for adaption for wheelchairs or other disabled aids. However, the Old Farmhouse does have a ground-floor double bedroom suite: and this is on the same level as the lounge and dining area. The en-suite bathroom does have two steps down from the bedroom with handrail. We remain committed to providing services for those of all physical abilities and will be pleased to answer any questions about the suitability of the buildings for any particular potential client. Any further development would include accommodation for disabled or less able clients.
