Details

The beautiful sandy beach is a short walk down the hill, through Broad Haven village where there are a few shops and friendly pubs.

The Pembrokeshire coastal path can be accessed via the beach or a charming woodland walk. Water sports are popular (like surfing and windsurfing) off the beach and on other nearby beaches. There are plenty of excellent wildlife and bird watching sites in the area and on the famous off shore islands: Skomer, Ramsey and Grassholm (all in the glorious view).

Accommodation:
Puffin Patch is a modern 3 bedroom house with sea views from the lounge /dining room and two of the bedrooms . It sleeps 6 plus cot.

1 double bedroom, 1 room sleeping 3 (can be made up 1 double 1single or 3 singles), 1 room with single bed.

The house is on three levels. Upstairs: open plan living/kitchen/dinning room with patio doors leading to a large balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Oil fired central heating/hot water. Gas run wood burning stove. Child friendly with cot, booster seat and stair gate and enclosed garden.

Small platform inside gates has 2 steps down to concrete pathway which leads passed garage towards house, beyond garage there are 4 steps which have fixed metal hand rail on one side leading to concrete area in front of main door. One step up and door lip on entry to house. Main entrance on middle level: On this level: One bedroom - Single plus Shower room with toilet Boiler room with sink; washing machine & tumble dryer and side door opening out onto concrete path at same level as front door, with step up and door lip. Stairs (7steps) up to living area with banister Living area includes; Lounge; Kitchen & Dining area. Kitchen units have child locks fitted. Balcony made of decking opens off dining area through sliding doors with door lip. Stairs (6steps) down to 2 bedrooms (no handrail); King size double one side & 3 singles or guest bed options the other side. Bathroom in centre at bottom of stairs with Bath/shower and toilet. Good sized windows and ample lights provide plenty of light throughout the house. Enclosed grassed garden surrounding house mainly gently sloping Concrete path around house with sets of steps on both sides External lighting: Light to front activated on concrete pathway by movement & Another light on switch at front door.
