Lloft Stabal, Crugeran

About

Lloftstabal Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms, and has just undergone a major facelift!
This open beamed accommodation is all on the first floor providing a very airy, spacious and comfortable atmosphere., and is perfect for couples and small families.
There are two bedrooms:
• • One Victorian brass and iron double bed with luxury egyptian cotton bedding
• • One with full size bunks

The living room is L-shaped with the newly fitted bespoke painted oak kitchen with granite worktops at one end including a microwave, large single oven, induction hob, fridge with ice box, and dishwasher. A painted round table with an interesting mix of chairs provides a sociable dining area.
There is a colour TV and DVD, CD player with comfortable leather sofa, and upholstered wing armchair, with designer cushions and throws. A large wool rug takes pride of place in front of the sofa.
The living area and bathroom has wooden plank effect tiles(very realistic!) with underfloor heating. For extra comfort during the cold weather a newly fitted log burner sits in the corner of the living area. There is a fixed electric panel heater in the main bedroom, plus a portable fan heater for the second bedroom, and heated towel rail in the bathroom.
The bathroom has also benefitted from a larger shower enclosure and high spec electric shower - and a very quirky toilet roll holder!
Just outside the door a wooden picnic table provides an ideal spot for your morning coffee on the patio.
The laundry room is for the convenience of all 3 properties and includes:
• A tumble drier and washing machine.
• A deep freeze.
• A small library of books including walking books, Welsh phrase books, and a few games.
