Hazeldene Guest House Access Statement * The Guest House can be approached from two directions namely :- the main road (A482) directly to the front door the rear private car park off the service road at the back of the guesthouse * From the main road the front door of the guesthouse is accessed off the pavement via a flat paved path to a set of two lots of two easy rise steps with grab rail supports separated by 8 metres of flat tiled verandah. * From the rear car park off the service road the front door of the guesthouse is accessed via a rear gate and long flat path to a flight of 7 steps with hand rail support followed by a set of two lots of two easy rise steps separated by 5 metres of flat tiled verandah (as in described above). * The front door is 1.00 meter wide and once inside the lounge and dining room are on the same level and accessed via 0.79 meter wide doors. * There is a toilet on the ground floor level which is accessed via doors 0.79 meter wide * All 3 bedrooms are located on the first floor and are accessed by a 0.95 meter wide easy rise staircase of 18 risers (8 cms ) which has 2 turns. * Once on the galleried landing all bedrooms are on the same level accessed by 0.79 meter wide doors and all have shower, washbasin and WC en-suites. There is a general sitting/reading area on the landing and a courtesy bathroom off the top of the stairs.
