PERIWINKLE COTTAGE & COCKLESHELL COTTAGE offer quality accommodation with private parking for a coastal holiday for couples and families. Cosy, tastefully furnished fisherman's cottages, set on the hillside with panoramic views over Swansea Bay and Mumbles Head and within walking distance of the amenities of Mumbles. Sited in a quiet, sheltered location both cottages are furnished in contemporary country style with a smattering of vintage decorative items, carefully designed with an attention to detail, offering a relaxing haven of calm seaside colours and beautiful sea views. The stable door opens onto the open plan living and dining area, with open fireplace, windowseat, flat screen TV/DVD and far reaching views. Both cottages have a master bedroom with a 5' teak four poster facing the picture window framing the sea - watch the boats go by without getting out of bed! The pretty rear bedroom has two 2'6 childrens beds with views and access up to the garden and woods. There is a white suite with shower over bath in the attractive bathroom and plenty of hot water. Make the most of the views from the garden. Both cottages are centrally heated and double glazed. Superior bed linen and towels are included plus tourist information and a selection of DVD's, games and hardback books.
