Penlan Coastal Cottages nestle in thirty acres of meadowland with far reaching views of Cardiganshire Bay. Each cottage has been individually designed and most have views of the sea and coastline. The cottages are well away from any roads, but still only half a mile from Aberporth and its beaches and only 7 miles from the bustling market town of Cardigan.

Penlan cottages are accessed over a long driveway, past the main house and a stunning coastal view. Generally there is plenty of parking. MILLSTONE COTTAGE is the first cottage you approach. There is a parking area in front of the cottage made up of an area of chippings leading onto a paved patio area. This secion is all level. the cottage can either be accessed through the conservatory door, which is at this level (the door is 36 inches wide with a 5 1/2 inch step over cill) or by continuing up two levels of the patio (each with a step up of 7 inches) to the front door which is 32 inches wide with a 4 inch step over cill. The front door leads into a tiled corridor with a door (26 inches wide) to the right into a shower room. The toilet is 16 inches high. The sink is 34 1/2 inches high and the walk in shower has a bi-fold foor giving an access gap of 17 inches. The shower has a fixed and a moveable shower head. The shaver socket is 67 inches high. Back to the corridor there is a 9 inch step down to a landing and another 9 inch down to level with the rest of the downstairs. At this point there is a door to the right leading into a double bedroom and a door straight ahead leading into the open plan kitchen, living, dining room and conservatory. The flooring is made up of a combination of tiles and wood but all level. The kitchen has a worktop height of 37 inches. There is a dishwasher and washing machine with a low level cooker with drop down doors. There is an upright fridge freezer with microwave above. The boiler is housed in a cupboard in the kitchen. the dining area has a rectangular table with six chairs and a hi fi system with remote control. The living room has seating for six with a corner sofa and a two seater sofa. There is a flat screen tv with a seperate dvd player, both with remote controls. There is seating for two in upright cane chairs in the conservatory. The stairs leads off the living room and they consist of six 7 1/2 inch steps onto a landing which turns to the r ight and goes up another six 7 1/2 inch steps to a large upstairs landing with seating. To the right is a large double bedroom with seathing and to the left is a twin bedded rom with a small flatscreen tv and integral dvd player and to a bathroom. All the doors upstairs are 26 inches wide. The bathroom has a large bath with 21 1/2 inch high sides, the toilet is 16 1/2 inches high and the sink is 34 inches high. The shaver socket is 74 inches high. All the windows upstairs are velux with blackout blinds in the bedrooms. Generally the sockets are placed 20 inches above the ground (and plenty of them) with switches placed 45 inches above the ground. There is good mobile phone reception. The owners live on site and are available to assist whenever possible. The nearest village is about a mile and the nearest market town is about seven miles.
