MINCORN
A semi-detached cottage which provides comfortable and practical accommodation with a spacious open planing living / dining room and adjacent kitchen. There are three bedrooms, one double, one single and a bunkbed room. The cottage was converted in the 1980's and has benefited from additional recent refurbishment, with the generous use of oak and slate for windows sills and other feature adding character to the property.

EYNONS
A smaller semi-detached cottage. Cosy and characterful in nature with feature stone walls and oak sills and shelves. The cottage has a comfortable living / dining room with adjacent kitchen area and two small bedrooms (one double and one twin). Ideal for the smaller family or for parties needing two bedroomed accommodation.

The village of Roch is close to the centre of St Brides Bay, with the golden sands of Newgale just 1.5 miles away and a plentiful choice of other local beaches within a small drive. The central location makes the cottages ideal for exploring all the north Pembrokeshiire has to offer whilst the village also offers a well stocked shop, Post Office and pub.
