Sunny Bank is a large, spacious apartment situated in the stunning harbour area of the old town of Barmouth with free parking.

Although in a quiet part of town, all of the pretty, waterfront harbour cafes, restaurants and pubs are literally a minute away.

A perfect location in the old fishing town of Barmouth for a beach holiday, walking holiday or touring Snowdonia. It offers two bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin). The kitchen is modern and well equipped, the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities and finally there is a utility room which includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. This apartment is a home from home and pride is taken to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness are achieved.

This two-floor maisonette had recently been renovated to a high standard of self-catering accommodation with parkng provided for one car. Parking is availbale within a few feet of the front door. The apartment, which is light and spacious, is situated near the harbour, close to cafe's, pubs and restaurants. It has two points of access. The front at ground floor level and rear access along a right-of-way path. There are two steps down to the front door and 1 step at the rear. Accommodation is on two floors with both bedrooms and utility room situated on the ground floor. Twelve stairs lead up to the bathroom, kitchen/diner and lounge with a large bay window overlooking the mountains and part of the harbour. Sky TV, DVD player, stereo, mivrowave and washing machine are some of the facilities enjoyed here. There are conveniently placed plug sockets throughout together with electronic smoke detectors.
