Yes – all graded 5 stars!! Beautifully converted in 2014 these brand new barn conversion are set in an idyllic, peaceful coastal location with stunning countryside & sea views – not surprising, as it’s part of a 450 acre working farm and in an area of outstanding natural beauty (AONB) - right next to the beach! (ideal for artists, ramblers and birdwatchers).

All Penrhyn Farm Cottages are spacious and airy, yet wonderful, cosy and relaxing, all tastefully modernised, they sleep between 2 - 8 people in these self-catering accommodation, most with extensive sea views from the kitchen, lounge and bedrooms! Surrounded by glorious scenery and a rural setting, these cottages will appeal to both families and couples alike.


Penrhyn is a unique and special place with direct access to a beach and miles and miles of Irish Sea in front. - Penrhyn Farm sits in a setting that countless artists have immortalised over the years! It boasts a large sandy beach on one side and a shell-strewn beach with intriguing sheltered coves, shrimping pools and pre - Cambrian rocks to scramble over on the other. Perfect for water-sports, fishing, sailing or kayaking enthusiasts.

For a day on the beach, either here on Penrhyn Farm’s beach or Sandy beach which boasts a mile of sandy paradise, stunning scenery and great action for keen crabbers and sandcastle building (a five minute walk) and is a water sports haven. It’s very popular with water skiing enthusiasts, kayakers etc and boasts a perfect beach for boat launching.

We provided all the bed linen and towels.

Road Directions

Once on Anglesey, follow the A55 towards Holyhead. Turn off at Exit 3 (Yfali/Valley). At Valley traffic lights, turn right on the A5025. After the village of Llanfachraeth, turn left and follow the signs for Penrhyn. When you reach the coast, the house is in the farmyard.
