Bryn Isaf is a newly renovated, totally secluded stone farmhouse with ravishing views over the Cors Caron and Cambrian Mountains. It is only 15 minutes drive from the ancient drovers town of Tregaron and the unspoiled Ceredigion coast. It is part of Cruglas Farm, a 300ha working livestock farm run in harmony with nature.

It makes a perfect rural retreat for walkers and naturalists. Our bird list is 137 species of which 79 have bred and 25 psecies of mammal are found here. Fly fishing is available on our own land on river Teifi and our own lake. There are many exciting walks on the farm and in the area and a long distance cycle path nearby.

It has 2 ample bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a kitchen diner, spacious lounge, utility and large garden.
It is part of a 300 ha working livestock farm run in harmony with nature.

Plenty of private car parking on tarmac, including covered car port .The house is accessed via a small gravel area, then up 3 steps to the front door. The back door can be reached without steps, but this involves a 10m walk on gravel. The whole of the garden can be reached without steps. Inside, the ground floor has no steps and gives access to the kitchen, dining room, lounge, utility and a toilet. The bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are on one level, but accessed via an oak staircase.
