Newly re-furbished and decorated but still retaining some original features from its prosperous past, Bronwydd Self Catering Cottage in New Quay is tastefully decorated and furnished throughout, with an eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings, beautiful curtains and original art work.

The living room has a feature fireplace with wood-burning stove, a smart kitchen/diner and a terraced rear garden on 4 levels (lots of steps) surfaced in part with crunchy cockle shells! The master bedroom on the 2nd floor has its own en-suite with Velux windows overlooking the rear garden and a small feature window with fantastic panoramic coastal views – perfect for sitting with your binoculars and watching the world go by!

Bronwydd has 4 Bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 9. With 2 Doubles (both with King Size Beds – 1 with fabulous coastal views), 1 Twin Room (fabulous views), all on 1st floor. Master ‘loft’ Bedroom (sloping ceilings) Double and Single bed and en-suite Shower Room (Toilet, Washbasin and Shower Cubicle) TV/DVD and large bean bags on 2nd floor reached via narrow staircase with low headroom. Travel cot on request.

Bath/Shower Room – with Bath, Double Shower Cubicle, Toilet and Washbasin on 1st floor.

Bedlinen & Towels provided.

Sitting Room – Bay views with wood burning stove, 2 elegant sofas, 4 armchairs, tv/dvd, additional small seating area.

Kitchen/Dining Room Smart fully fitted kitchen with electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freeze, long dining table seating 8/9. Highchair on request.

Utility Room – Washing machine and Tumble Dryer.

Wet Room – (off Utility Room) with Shower, Toilet and Washbasin.

Grounds – a seaside themed terraced garden on 4 levels – lots of steps! Small sheltered rear patio on ground floor, 16 steps to 1st terrace, 3 steps to 2nd terrace, 7 steps to 3rd terrace, 4 steps to 4th and a further 16 steps to perimeter wall – fabulous views. Nb the terraces are surfaced with cockle shells! Garden furniture and barbecue spot on 3rd terrace.

Parking – space for 1 car on opposite side of road

Fuel – Central Heating and logs for woodburner inclusive May – September £35 p/w outside these dates.

Welcome FREE – 1 well behaved dog, 2nd dog @ £20 p/w.
