Llewelyn Lodge

Idyllic Llewelyn Lodge nestles in the mature garden of the proprietors home, it sits in an elevated position, looking over the garden and way beyond to the historic parish church and the Welsh hills in the distance. The Lodge is totally detached from the main house, with its own front door, private wrought iron steps leading to a large patio area at the front of the building, with its own secure private parking area.

Veranda
The patio/decking is facilitated with a wooden table and chairs which catch all the afternoon sunshine, right through to late evening, the sunsets viewed from here over Cardigan Bay, with the Church silhouetted are magical, especially when partaking of a nice meal and a glass of wine. A service wash can be arranged if so desired.

Bedroom
Inside there is one twin bedded room (which can easily be converted to a king size) the furnishings are to the highest standard, with thick supportive mattresses, white percale linen sheets and designer bedding, all the interior wooden pieces of furniture are fashioned from the striking ‘Shabby Chic’ Mango Wood range, which blends in beautifully with the rest of the lodge.

Kitchen
There is a full designer kitchen with wooden work tops, stylish cream tiles, full oven, fridge and microwave - the cupboards are equipped with all necessary crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking utensils, everything needed for a relaxing self catering holiday.

Lounge
The lounge area is partially separated from the kitchen with stylish bleached driftwood pillars, making the seating area more cosy without cutting it off completely, it has has two, two seater settees, there is a large coffee table and beautiful antique fireplace with a flat screen television (digital freeview™) above it. The whole interior of the lodge has bleached oak wooden flooring and heaters throughout.

Bathroom
Last but not least, the bathroom has a modern sink and toilet unit with cabinet space, heated towel rail, shower cubicle, toiletries and soft fluffy towels.

There is a hairdryer, iron and ironing board for your convenience and you will find the proprietors, discreetly on hand to help, advise and suggest, if required.
