Golygfa Preseli

Golygfa Preseli (Preseli View) is a barn conversion with a stunning panoramic view of the Preseli Mountains. With air sourced underfloor heating and a log burner, it retains many of its original features including wooden beams, stone or lime plastered walls, with slate and wood flooring. Situated on the Pembrokeshire/Carmarthenshire border, the cottage is ideally placed for a fantastic holiday or short break.

The cottage sleeps 6, in 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms. The main double room has an en-suite toilet and walk in shower and there is a second separate bathroom with toilet and rain head walk in shower. The kitchen/diner has a table and seating for 6, fitted with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooker. The washing machine is in the utility room. The lounge has a digital television, DVD player and comfortable seating for 6. Free Wi-Fi is also included - broadband speed suitable for emailing/browsing - will not support
large file downloads or video streaming. Some logs are provided for the log-burner. Duvets, bed linen and towels for use in the cottage are also provided.

There is a hard stone driveway with ample parking for vehicles. Entrance to the cottage is off concrete and a ramp is available by prior arrangement, making access suitable for wheelchair users.

Prices are from £360 to £780 per full week.
Pets are charged at £30 per pet per week.

25% non returnable deposit is required to confirm a booking, the balance to be paid 1 calendar month before the start date of the holiday.
