The Cors Caron Walk includes a fully accessible boardwalk over some of the most impressive parts of the bog. It takes you to the large bog hide, which is also accessible, where you can enjoy a peaceful view of the landscape and wildlife.
This Riverside Walk is a circular route along the riverbank and through the heart of Cors Caron. It can be muddy and is closed if flooded. It is also closed during the summer due to grazing. No dogs are allowed on this trail.
MULTI-USER TRAIL
Walkers, cyclists and horse riders may use the Old Railway Walk. This trail follows a disused railway which provides a firm surface suitable for wheelchairs.
It is a “there-and-back” route to the Old Station Yard at Ystrad Meurig and gives good views over much of Cors Caron.
