The Quay Hotel and Spa offers a truly warm Welsh welcome to residents and visitors alike, with almost every area of the hotel presenting amazing views of the Conwy Estuary and surrounding mountains.

Each of the luxury 74 bedrooms offer: private terrace area, complimentary WIFI and internet access, en-suite bathrooms, butler tray, bath robes, flat screen LCD TV with a wide choice of Satellite channels and pay per view movies, hair dryer, mini bar facilities, in-room safe, in-room telephone, iron and ironing board (on request). All rooms afford either views of the marina, estuary, or the tranquil internal court yard. We can guarantee room availability from 4pm onwards and check-out from 11am, with late check out available on request. All residents have access to our in-door swimming pool, sauna, steam room and fully equipped gym.

The Quay Hotel & Spa offers a choice of dining venues, including the newly launched Grill Room with breathtaking views, showcasing the excellence of Welsh fine dining. The Lounge Bar and Terrace is a relaxed, informal setting to enjoy alfresco dining. All dishes are perfectly prepared by our very own Executive Head Chef Neil Wiggins. The Lounge Bar and Terrace also tempts residents and visitors with a continental breakfast every morning.

Our four conference rooms provide complementary WIFI and seat a maximum of 150 theatre style. The hotel is an ideal choice for business events, training seminars, launch parties and press launches. Road Directions

By Car

The Quay Hotel & Spa is located minutes from the A55.
Leave the A55 at junction 18, follow signs for Conwy/Deganwy. Go straight over 2 more roundabouts following the signs for the A546 - Deganwy. The road bends sharply right. Continue to the traffic lights taking the left hand filter lane. Turn left at the lights, over the new automated railway crossing, into Deganwy Quay residential developments.

By Public Transport

Deganwy train station is only a 10 minute walk away from the hotel and is on the mainline route from Llandudno Junction to Llandudno. Daily trains from Chester/Manchester/London all arrive into Llandudno Junction, with connections to Deganwy.

A bus stop is again only a 10 minute walk away and is on one of the main Llandudno routes.

Liverpool and Manchester Airports are approx. 1hr and 30min drive away. A shuttle bus can be arranged via the hotel for groups wishing to have a transfer to and from the hotel.
