St Brides Spa Hotel

About

Everything about St Brides Spa Hotel is elevated, from the breathtaking cliff top location overlooking the harbour and beaches of Carmarthen Bay, to the aesthetic contemporary interiors of 34 individually styled bedrooms and Marine Spa. Designed around the view, the fresh style, warmth and personality of this Destination Spa Hotel, offers a revitalising retreat to escape the stresses and strains of modern life.

Each of the 34 bedrooms are individually designed and beautifully decorated. Those with a sea view also boast a balcony which is the perfect location for guests to sit and unwind in the evenings, watching the boats drift in and out of the harbour below. Complementing the Hotel are 6 two bedroom luxury serviced apartments fitted with all the modern necessities as well as 14 one and two bedroom self-catering apartments located in the heart of Saundersfoot Village.

Residents of St Brides are able to make use of the fitness suite which is complimentary. The suite is equipped with state of the art exercise machines and flat screen televisions.

The AA Rosette Cliff Restaurant and Gallery Bar have the most dramatic views across the bay and harbour that are constantly changing throughout the day. Whether guests choose lunch or dinner, the finest Pembrokeshire produce and locally landed fish will feature on the menu.

The Spa is the perfect retreat to indulge in soothing treatments using marine sourced products including seaweed, designed to encompass the natural healing properties of the ocean. The marine spa boasts Wales’ only True Infinity Edged hydrotherapy pool which looks out over the Harbour and bay. The use of sustainably sourced, sun-dried sea salt water creates a luxurious swimming experience and leaves skin feeling soft and smooth. The hydrotherapy pool is heated to body temperature and includes a Jacuzzi air bed and swan neck shower both designed to create massaging sensations and relax the body. The cliff edge spa also includes a stunning thermal suite with a salt infusion room, aroma steam room, rock sauna, sensation shower and ice fountain.

As well as the marine tailored treatments there is the cliff edge dual treatment room which invites couples or friends to fully benefit from their spa experience with floor to ceiling French windows that slide open to reveal the fresh sea air and gentle sound of the tide.
