About

Penrhyn House is a 5 star graded property that sleeps eight and an infant/baby and has 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king size bed with ample built-in wardrobes, an en-suite bathroom encompassing a tower power shower, toilet, and sink. The second bedroom is a king size bedroom with a sink, wardrobes, travel cot, and a large easy chair. The third bedroom has a double bed, sink, wardrobe and reclining chair. The fourth bedroom is a Twin bedroom with two single beds, (not bunk beds) the bedroom also has a sink and wardrobe. There is a large bathroom with deep bath, shower, sink and an easy chair. There is also a separate toilet from the main bath room situated on the landing.

Penrhyn House is a gated property with a short driveway with parking for up to 6 cars; it also has a large front and rear garden with lawns, patio and seating area.

The property has a large reception/hall. Leading off the hall are two living areas one we call the hub with smart TV for those who wish to play on the play station or enjoy Netflix etc. The other living room is for quiet relaxing but also has a TV. There is a cloakroom with a toilet and sink adjacent to the living rooms.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possible need even egg cups, teapot, and bread maker.
From the kitchen is a dining room for up to nine people and leading off the dining room is the utility room with washing machine, dryer, iron and sink.

The back garden has a patio paved area with a large round table for up to nine people and a large lawn / garden area for children to play.

We have endeavoured to be child friendly as much as possible and have permanently fixed child gates to both the bottom and top of the stairs.

The house is close to amenities with local shops, co-op, Chinese and paper shop are all within walking distance.

We welcome pets but we restrict the number to a maximum of 3 dogs.

All bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also provided, as are kitchen towel, dish washer tablets, washing machine tablets, and hand wash dispensers.
