Llangollen Pavilion

Here we go again, yes, it's the annual two and a half days of utter spiffingness that is COGWARTS STEAMPUNK SPECTACULAR! Starting at Llangollen Steam Railway station LL20 8SN where at 18:30 a steam train will take you 'There And Back Again,' - a thrilling adventure with full entertainments and a prize for the best presented onboard picnic! Find a table onboard the train and lay out your best china and comestibles, the winner gets FREE TICKETS for the following year!

After the wonderful steam train ride, we promenade less than 100 yards to the Town Hall for The Covert Cabaret, featuring the spooky magical talents of Doctor Diablo and the glorious theremin of Charlie Draper.

Saturday kicks off at 10:00 with the Bizarre Bazaar steampunk market at the Llangollen Pavilion LL20 8SW, (across the road from the railway). NEW FOR 2019: The Tealympics! Win medals for some of the newest and silliest games ever seen in steampunkdom alongside the old favourites parasol and tea duelling, plus the 'Coggiest Dogiest' competition for the best steampunk dressed canine. With additional entertainments all day, this is your chance to indulge your passion for all things Steampunk.

The market closes at 17.00 and the venue opens again on Saturday evening at 19.00 for the Grand Steam Ball headlined by that spiffing chap, Professor Elemental! With the mesmeric Alice's Night Circus, the sweetness and light that is Lady Violet Hugh, the incredible Belly Fusion and those jolly chaps from Jonathan Markwood's Hoo Hah Conspiracy; it will be a superb evening which concludes at midnight.

Sunday and the Bizarre Bazaar opens again at 10:00 with full entertainments and runs until 17.00.
Tickets are available for individual events as well as discounted ‘all inclusive’ options – more steam for your shillings! HUZZAH!
